More trouble for Rick Ross. According to the Atlantic Journal-Constitution, Rick Ross was arrested on the morning of Wednesday, June 24 on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and kidnapping. The rapper, real name William Leonard Roberts II, was arrested in Fayette County, Ga. "without incident," according to Fayette County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Allen Stevens, who spoke with the newspaper. Bustle has reached out to Ross' rep for comment, but has not yet heard back.

Stevens explained that on June 7 the Sheriff's Office "initiated an investigation regarding an assault which occurred at a residence on Highway 279." Through this, Ross and his bodyguard, Nadrian Lateef James, were identified a suspects, according to Stevens. Allegedly, Ross got into a fight with someone who was doing work on his home and pistol whipped this person. TMZ claims that law enforcement sources say the kidnapping charge is due to the worker allegedly not being "allowed to leave the house."

In addition to Ross' arrest, James was arrested on charges of aggravated battery and kidnapping.

This is the second time this month Ross has found himself in legal trouble. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the "Hustlin'" rapper was arrested on a misdemeanor marijuana charge on June 10, which was his "fourth marijuana-related arrest."

The AJC reports that "Ross and James are being held at the Fayette County jail for an initial appearance and bond hearing."
