Target Collective Adds Three New Brands To Love

by Lindsey Rose Black

In case you haven't noticed, Target is becoming cooler than it's ever been. After launching an awesome collaboration with Lily Pulitzer, Target Collective has three new indie brands available in stores and online, according to Refinery29. Though labeled mostly as "men's collections," the products are all totally unisex.

The new brand line up features a mix up of bags, t-shirts hats, and glasses. Stone + Cloth produces gorgeous canvas bags made in California, and purchases help the Knock Foundation provide scholarships for Tanzanian students. Parks Project offers up cool graphic tees with phrases like "leave it better than you found it," and small accessories. For added niftiness, purchases help fund the label's own National Park Projects initiatives. Lastly, Shwood (adorable name, no?) designs super unique-looking wooden glasses and sunglasses with options for prescriptions. Win for both those that need glasses and hipsters who wish they did!

Target's Senior Vice President, Julie Guggemos, is super pumped on the launch and working with the new brands. She said, "Each of the brands has such an incredible aesthetic, and I love that we were able to sit down and work hand-in-hand with them to co-create product made just for Target’s guests." Clearly the meetings went well...

If you're curious about these new labels, I rounded up my favorite pieces (so far) from each. Beware though, it's dangerously easy to fill up your cart and not even know what happened! #WaitBudgetWhy

1. Cloth Utility Case

Use this cool, beach-vibe case as a wallet, makeup bag, who knows what pouch. So many options, so little time.

(Cloth Utility Case, $29, Stone + Cloth)

2. Healthy Parks Tank

This shirt kind of just makes me want to stop, drop, and yoga. Preferably in a park. And the message is so great (and true), too!

(Healthy Parks Tank, $30, Parks Project)

3. Wood Sunglasses

Oh so crafty. Oh so much less likely to break than my super cheap plastic shades.

(Candy Wood Sunglasses, $149, Shwood)
