Who Will Clay Have A Showmance With On 'BB17'?

I normally like to think of myself as a mature woman, who takes little notice of physical appearances. However, I can't deny that Big Brother 17's Clay Honeycutt is definitely "honeyhott." My goodness, the man is a dream. From his perfectly chiseled abs to his gleaming white smile, it’s no wonder that he has quickly become a fan favorite. The 23-year-old is currently a graduate student, which means that he has brains as well. It’s actually a bit unfair if you think about it. And I'm certainly not the only one who as noticed Clay. When Clay were first introduced to fellow Big Brother housemate Shelli Poole, the entire world felt the sparks between them. Their “showmance” seems to be just around the corner, but is Shelli the only Big Brother house guest that Clay might hook up with?

Until Shelli and Clay become an official thing, they are both still single and ready to mingle. You never know. Things in Big Brother change so quickly that some other lucky lady may snag the southern boy’s heart — at least until the show is over. Here is a ranking of the ladies of Big Brother 17 that Clay could potentially have a showmance with.

7. Vanessa Rousso

Vanessa is the no. 2 female poker player in the world, which means that she's an incredible competitor. Even better for Vanessa, there is no hope that she will be distracted by Clay's charm. Vanessa is in a long term relationship with her girlfriend, so there will be no showmance here. Still, a major alliance between the two could be formed.

6. Becky Burgess

Becky is totally flying under the radar at the moment. It seems that Vanessa is the only one who realized that she could be a major contender in the game. Though she and Clay have not had many interactions yet, the tide may change if he and the outdoorsy girl stick around until the end.

5. Audrey Middleton

It seems that Clay and some of the other house guests have figured out that Audrey has been playing them. Though Clay was super supportive of the stunning brunette when she told everyone that she is a transgender woman, her alliance with Shelli will probably cause a rift in any romance that the two could have had. Audrey is out for blood in the game, and any romance between her and Clay would simply be a distraction for her.

4. Da'Vonne Rogers

Clay and Da'Vonne have been cool from day one. However, it looks like their relationship has a lot more to do with the game than any romantic feelings. Clay and Da'Vonne are on the same side (kind of) for the moment, but that could change at any point as the game continues. Also, the single mother just got out of a long term relationship, so it looks like winning the game really might be the only thing on her mind.

3. Meg Maley

Meg seems to be currently caught up in Amazing Race alum Jeff Wedlon and Jackie Ibbarra's game, so she has little time to ogle Clay. Meg is a New Yorker who isn't for here the drama, and she seems to believe that Audrey is at the center of it — which has put more distance between her and Clay. Meg also realizes that showmances are usually targeted, so she doesn't seem super keen on having her romantic life displayed on the show. Still, we have a ton of time to see what might happen.

2. Liz Nolan

Liz seems to have formed a tentative alliance with Austin. She and "Honeyhott" are currently on opposite sides. However, that all could change in the future. Liz said in her interview that she's open to a showmance, and that's she's willing to do whatever it takes to get her to the end of the game.

1. Shelli Poole

The 33-year-old interior decorator clearly wears her heart on her sleeve. Sparks have been flying between Shelli and Clay since the beginning, and it looks like a showmance is imminent between the duo. Though they have a 10 year age gap, it looks like that's not going to stop them. If nothing else, Shelli may able to get close enough to Clay to break up the streak of male winners on the show. Fingers crossed.
