7 Amazing Boy Band Songs You Forgot About

by Sofia Barrett-Ibarria

It's probably been a while since you last jammed out to your favorite boy band song, and that's a real shame. The good news: today is the day you are to be flooded with the memories of your favorite extinct boy bands, and to ignite a newfound passion for boy band culture as a genre, subculture, and lifestyle. I'm serious, here, guys: Loving boy bands is no joke.

Let's cut right to the chase: boy bands are both a gift to humanity and severely underrated. If you love feelings, and choreography, and beautiful voices harmonizing as one, you will automatically love any boy band, because that is what boy bands are: perfect angels that coalesced to form clusters of young men in matching outfits, like little tiny galaxies in the universe of teen pop. Have you listened to One Direction lately? What are your feelings in regards to Nick Jonas and the disintegration of the Jonas Brothers? GET ON THIS LEVEL.

If you've yet to hop on the glitter-spewing boy band worship train, I suggest you do (and if you haven't visited your old *NSYNC CD library since middle school, I suggest you upload to iTunes, because CD players don't exist anymore). Boy bands rule, and here's the proof: These are some of the most amazing boy band songs you probably forgot about, but should listen to ASAP.

"My Everything," 98 Degrees

Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey: The Early Years.

"I Wanna Sex You Up," Color Me Badd

Never forget this classic sex jam that's probably never gotten anyone any actual sex, but is still perfect.

"Girl You Know It's True," Milli Vanilli

It's worth remembering, if only for the shoulder pads.

"Back Here," BBMAK

So many boy band feelings.

"Bump Bump Bump," B2K W/ P. Diddy

It's all coming back to you now. You're welcome.

"I Want You Back," *NSYNC

OK, OK — so most of *NSYNC's catalogue still gets some play. But this song? Not so much — and it was the ultimate jam from back in the day.

"Liquid Dreams," O-Town

Are they talking about what I think they're talking about?

Warning: These songs may become stuck in your head to the point where you'll have to play them on repeat for hours. Common side effect.
