So tops Forbes' list of the World's Most Powerful Celebrities? Well, for the fifth time in a row, it's media mogul/superwoman Oprah Winfrey. It's no wonder — while her television channel venture, OWN, isn't doing so well these days (could a soap revival help?), Winfrey has her hand in every side of the entertainment industry, and is producing hits like The Rachael Ray Show and The Dr. Oz Show. Plus, she's the world's only African-American billionaire.

Next on this list is the — somewhat surprising — Lady Gaga. While her "Born This Way Ball" tour was canceled due to an injury earlier this year, Forbes put her on the list due to her massive fan following and social media presence, even if she hasn't released a record in two years.

Third is Steven Spielberg — raking in more cash than the first two on the list, with $100 million a year — who produced Men in Black III and is currently working on producing Jurassic Park IV.

Following Spielberg is Beyoncé, Madonna, Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi, and Justin Bieber.

While income is a factor in making the list, the magazine includes more considerations, like overall fame, social media presence, and mention of said celebrity in the media as factors.

Oh, and, for the record, Kanye West finishes at No. 59.
