In December 2017 he first tweeted the Daisie Logo but it was in January 2018, according to his LinkedIn that he began working as Communications Director for the app.

Rumours about their relationship changing from a professional to a more personal one began back in February 2019 when the Daily Mail shared photos of them walking hand in hand in New York City.

The fashion savvy pair were papped front row of Paris Fashion Week at shows including Thom Browne and Givenchy. At this point grid official, they began posting pictures of each other more regularly on Instagram, showing off not only their cute AF relationship but their seriously stylish looks.

In June of the same year, Williams was lucky enough to be maid of honour at her best pal and GOT co-star Sophie Turner's wedding to Joe Jonas. Selby attended as her date. Both their relationship and status as the ultimate co-ordinating couple continued to blossom. During the (multiple) parties to celebrate the nuptials, major looks were an absolute must and Williams and Selby's his-and-hers power suits were a bit of all-white.

In Sept 2019, Williams attended the Emmy Awards wearing a dress which had been custom-designed in collaboration with Selby and JW Anderson. "I asked Reuben if he would design something with me in mind," she told Elle. "My height, my shape, my likes and insecurities. He must’ve drawn up around 30 sketches, but we picked our favourite ones and it just so happened that Jonathan preferred our favourite sketch."

William’s posted a snap of the two of them in plaid Thom Browne suits at a PFW SS20 show to her Instagram. The caption read: “who let jane burnham and ricky fitts into pfw?”. They were spotted in matching Sacai coats elsewhere in Paris, too. And they matched in pastel toned plaid Thom Browne suits again, later at PFW for AW21.

In a since-deleted post on New Year's Eve 2019, Williams shared a picture of the pair in sweats and surrounded by an enviable amount of plants. "This year was the best," began her lengthy caption. "I fell in love with a boy and I fell in love with myself." Adding towards the end, "2020 will probably be filled with more days spent tending our pot plant children which sounds perfect to me."

A major first for the creative, Selby shared an Instagram post which featured Williams on the cover. In the caption Selby revealed the shot was taken in, "our" back garden.

Williams and Selby attended PFW together in Sep. 2020. They were photographed holding hands in head to toe dior, all in nude tones including face masks. Posting to Instagram, Williams shared a similar photo, with the pair walking hand in hand. She captioned it: “positively perfect weather for a waterproof💧 mon rêve ✨ merci beaucoup @dior @mariagraziachiuri”

Williams is no stranger to gracing covers. But as a couple, Williams and Selby became joint coverstars for the first time in October 2020 for Behind The Blinds magazine. A black and white image of the pair covered the publication’s FW20 issue. William’s shared Behind The Blinds’ official description of their feature, to her own Instagram on Oct. 13. It read: “The kind of creative chemistry uniting Maisie Williams @maisie_williams and Reuben Selby @reubenselby is clearly apparent on the third cover of our PERFORMER issue”. While Selby posted a shorter version to his. Later the same month, on Oct. 26, he posted a photo of Williams from her Interview Mag shoot.

On Feb. 2, Selby posted photos from the couple’s Tatler feature to his Instagram.For the publication’s March issue, Williams and Selby posed in countryside seetings, including with sheep in a field. Interviewed in their new countryside pad, Tatler dubbed the piece an inside look into their “splendid isolation” (the UK was still in lockdown at the time). The pair also featured in a GCDS wear campaign the same month. Selby shared snaps of the couple in the Italian brand’s clothing and an ethereal style shot from the feature, on Feb. 28.

Selby shared another photo from their Tatler shoot, wishing Williams happy birthday on April. 15. It featured the coupe embracing closely, in embellished black satin outfits. On May, 19, Williams marked Selby’s birthday with a shot of him topless, on a green mountain top. Captioned: “happy birthday, @reub_selby : nature’s great protector 🌱💚 “

The duo attended Cartier’s Cup Polo event in Windsor together. On June. 27, Selby posted a photo of them at the event, Masie dressed in a brown dress and him in a green suit, with an exaggerated frill detail shirt. Later that month, in honour of Williams’ legendary, gothic Met Gala look, he posted a picture of Williams to his Instagram simply captioned, “goodbye”. We get it, she was easily one of the best dressed in attendance. Selby’s team designed her Bellatrix Lestrange style look and Cartier supplied the jewellery. Selby can be seen admiring the finished dress, before it hit the red carpet, in a gallery posted by Williams on Sep. 13. In November, Selby posted a black and white photo of them both in Paris, honouring Williams’ collaboration with the Corperni Paris fashion house.

Earlier this year, Selby and Williams promoted the climate justice brand Joro’s ‘Go Net Zero’ campaign. Joro was built to help consumers offset carbon emissions with their day to day activities and choices. On Feb, 23, Williams shared a branded photo of her and Selby. Part captioned: “the devastation the climate crisis causes scares us constantly. on the days when we feel most overwhelmed we help each other find hope”. Selby shared an identical post.

Now almost four years deep into the relationship, the Pistol actress marked her beau’s 23rd birthday on Instagram. Posting a snap of him enjoying a hearty meal in a park, Williams captioned it, “happy birthday to the kindest soul this earth has known 💌 @reub_selby (golf ball is made of fish food)”.
