Love Island said goodbye to its first Islander on June 13 when newcomer Jacques picked Paige over Afia. With everyone now all coupled up, it’s time to crack on and get to know one another even more. That is before two new guys enter the villa to shake everything up once more. Want to learn more about one of the latest bombshells? Here’s everything to know about Love Island’s Remi Lambert.

What Is Remi’s Job?

22-year-old Remi is a model from Manchester who’s modelled campaigns for brands like Primark, Charlotte Tillbury, Mercedes, Tessuti, Harvey Nichols, and Chelsea FC. Remi may be living his best life career-wise, but his love life could do with a jump start. Describing himself as “single AF”, he was inspired by Love Island series 5 runners-up Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury’s relationship. “When I saw [them] and saw how strong they were together, I thought, ‘I want a love like that.’”

What Is Remi’s Instagram?

As an established model, Remi’s amassed 13,500 followers on Instagram, which will soon grow once he’s settled down in the villa. Remi regularly shares insightful BTS content from his modelling career, and the destinations he travels to for work.

Remi’s also a musician and has a YouTube channel where he’s uploaded two songs with music videos that have over 60,000 views.

What Else Is There To Know About Remi?

Remi reckons he’ll bring “the goofy vibe” to the villa and be “the chilled person that everyone can talk to if anything is wrong.” He’s also down for anything, including canoeing and riding in a hot air balloon. Perhaps there is potential for a repeat of Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham’s romantic date?

While he likes to date, he’s in the villa to find something more serious. “I usually meet girls out and about on a night out,” he explained. “If I see a girl I like, I’ll just go over without hesitation and sometimes I meet girls through Instagram.” As for how his family and friends would describe him, they’d say he’s a very “family orientated person”. He added, “I’m the guy who takes my family out on trips whenever they’re down.”

Love Island continues tonight at 9 p.m. on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
