The mysterious Scorpio may be seen as the type you’d have a one night stand with but not take home to mom. But when it comes to love, they’re actually one of the most committed and loyal signs in the zodiac. Sure, they can be a bit secretive and intense. But once they’ve found that one person they can entrust their heart to, they will devote their lives to making the relationship last. Although there aren’t many signs who can handle everything Scorpio has to offer, there are three signs in particular who can. According to an astrologer, those are the three signs Scorpio is most likely to marry.

"Although they certainly know how to have a good time, Scorpio is a romantically serious sign that's not impressed by casual hookups or romantic game-playing," India Leigh, intuitive reader and astrologer. "This sign is looking for one thing and one thing only: a ride-or-die partner who’s got their back because Scorpio will always have theirs."

Once Scorpio has made the decision to commit to someone, there's no turning back. According to Leigh, Scorpios believe in the saying that "true love is not for the faint of heart." So they go into relationships expecting passion, emotional connection, trust, deep love, and loyalty.

"It may be difficult to stand up to this sign’s high expectations and requirements where partnership is concerned, but for the one who makes the cut, the rewards are endless," Leigh says. In marriage, Scorpios can offer boundless loyalty, as well as a "labyrinth of sexual adventure and excitement."

Scorpio will only commit to someone who not only meets their expectations, but who they can trust with their life. According to Leigh there are three zodiac signs who make the cut. So here the zodiac signs Scorpio is most likely to marry.

Taurus (April 20 — May 20)

Major sparks will fly when these opposite signs first meet. According to Leigh, Taurus and Scorpio are each other’s ultimate match when it comes to stubbornness and sexual intensity. “The two will form a strong, equanimous, and powerful alliance in partnership,” she says. “They’ll enjoy an extremely balanced dynamic as Taurus represents Scorpio’s mirror reflection. Scorpio will love how patient and grounded Taurus is, while Taurus will be inspired by Scorpio to mix things up and explore their emotions at a deeper level. Although they’re opposites, they can make for a harmonious long-term match.

Virgo (August 23 — September 22)

Virgo is another Earth sign who can win the heart of the scorpion. Scorpios love taking charge in relationships, and Virgo will happily let them lead the way. “Virgo is represented by the ‘innocent virgin,’ and this makes sexually voracious Scorpio’s mouth water,” Leigh says. “These two will have an amazing time exploring the sensual possibilities together.” Chemistry between these two will be next level, and Scorpio will love having a partner who’s as willing to experiment as much as they are. Virgo and Scorpio also have high standards for themselves and others, and will always work hard to uphold each other’s expectations. This is a couple who'll continue to grow as time goes on.

Pisces (February 19 — March 20)

When Scorpio first meets Pisces, they’ll get an immediate gut feeling that this is someone they were meant to meet. “If epic love, attraction, and romance are an ocean, then Scorpio and Pisces together are a deep-sea scuba diving pair,” Leigh says. “These two water signs speak the same emotional language, and Pisces’ empathetic nature can be a sweet, soft complement to Scorpio’s emotional rawness.” Scorpio and Pisces will connect on a deep emotional level, and their marriage will be filled with passion, dedication, and adoration. Scorpio will appreciate having a partner who isn't afraid to give 100 percent of themselves to the relationship, just as they do.
