Have those fans and misters on stand by! Jennifer Lopez is set to take the Super Bowl stage in Miami this weekend, and fellow Latina sensation Shakira will join her for a halftime performance that's sure to be just as exciting as the game itself. As one of the original multi-hyphenates, J.Lo has consistently delivered epic performances on stage, on screen, and on the red carpet.

Her style is ultra glamorous, always elevated, and just a tad bit daring. She's an undisputed fashionista who only seems to get better with age. J.Lo has been such a mainstay in the entertainment world over the past 20 years that we can often take her cultural impact for granted. After all, we are talking about the woman who singlehandedly spurred the creation of Google Image Search with her Versace dress.

In the years since The Dress, Jenny from the block has continued to build upon her reputation as a trendsetter and sartorial risk-taker. And she's helped make her unique brand of style accessible to the masses: She recently worked on collaborations with fast-fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing and celebrity eyewear favorite Quay. In 2019, she received the Council of Fashion Designers of America's Fashion Icon Award, which cemented her place among the fashion greats.

“From the infamous Versace dress, to her music videos that are cemented into pop culture world history, and to her myriad of iconic red-carpet moments, Lopez’s style has always been a standout,” the CFDA said in a statement. “Lopez also pioneered the business model of turning her beauty and style into that of a brand. Through her fashion, beauty, and fragrance lines, the Jennifer Lopez brand has to date grossed over a billion dollars.”

While it's virtually impossible to choose just a handful of our most favorite J.Lo looks of all time, we're determined to give it a try. Ahead, we've selected some of the highlights from her very lengthy (and impressive) red carpet repertoire.
