by Kiersten Hickman

Are you one of the brave souls to give up sweets for Lent? Well, this is about to be your favorite article of all time... because I’m about to share with you some delicious last-minute Easter dessert ideas to throw together for your Easter brunch. Is your mouth watering yet? Good, you deserve these next few minutes of bliss.

When it comes to last-minute recipes, these ideas range from a simple amount of ingredients to using all of that leftover Easter candy for a dessert idea. I mean, why buy chocolate chips for brownies or cookies when you can throw in some crushed-up mini Cadbury eggs or throw those Peeps on top of a s’mores skillet? If there’s a huge bowl of leftover candy floating around in your home (simply because you didn’t have enough eggs to stuff them in for your Easter egg hunt), then take advantage of it with some of the recipes below.

Other recipes are simple, some requiring less than six ingredients to make. So if “last-minute” means honestly throwing something together 30 minutes before your Easter brunch starts, than this post is perfect for you.
