When it comes to national holidays, there's no argument that National Cheese Day is one of the top. It’s a day that can be spend saying all sorts of cheesy jokes, wearing all of your favorite cheesy clothes, and of course, eating tons of cheesy foods. Which is why you’re going to need a few recipes with cheese to try on deck for National Cheese Day on June 4, 2017.

Although the origins of National Cheese Day are unknown, this day seems pretty iconic in my opinion. Cheese is an essential part of my diet; it seriously makes everything I eat taste way better. (Yes, even dessert, because cream-cheese filled desserts are the absolute best.) This National Cheese Day, I plan on buying an expensive artisanal cheese to snack on as I make some kind of delicious macaroni & cheese dish with vegetables while I sip on a Malbec or a Cabernet Sauvignon.
