This New Neil Gaiman Horror Series Is Going To Be Your Fall Addiction

Feeling adrift after the first season finale of American Gods? Don't fret, because a new Neil Gaiman horror series is coming to Shudder, and I'm here to tell you how you can watch it today.

Produced by the American Gods author himself, Neil Gaiman's Likely Stories is an anthology series consisting of four 22-minute episodes — "Foreign Parts," "Feeders and Eaters," "Closing Time," and "Looking for the Girl" — each of which derives from a short story written by the American Gods author himself. The story narratives range in scope from the cautionary tale of a painful infection to the story of a photographer haunted by his muse. Episodes connect through a role-shifting cast and consistent directing by Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard.

Neil Gaiman's Likely Stories premiered Aug. 31 on Shudder, a Netflix-like streaming service dedicated to all things horror. In the U.S., the anthology series is a Shudder exclusive, but it made its debut on Sky Arts in the U.K. last year. The show stars George MacKay (Captain Fantastic), Tom Hughes (Victoria), Johnny Vegas (The Brothers Grimsby), and Kenneth Cranham (Maleficent).
