Spring is in the air, you guys. And even though the sun might be shining and the world is looking beautiful outside, all the TV shows and movies coming to Netflix in May are sure to persuade you to stay in. And yeah, that might not like seem like the best idea, especially after we waited through such a hideous winter for the first signs of life to appear, but trust me when I say that Netflix's schedule for May 2017 will totally change your mind.

Of course, you need to get the balance right. Spring is way too pretty to be spent indoors the entire time, so by all means go out, catch some sun, sniff some fresh blooming flowers (or whatever you kids do), but by nightfall? You know it's time for you to get your Netflix game on. And with the perfect combination of some of the streaming service's best TV shows returning to Netflix in May, as well as new movies, documentaries, and some must-see comedies, your evenings are pretty much sorted.

So, seriously, start getting some beers nice and frosty and get stocked up on snacks, because everything coming to Netflix in May is looking seriously unmissable.

1

'Master Of None' (Season 2)

The eagerly anticipated Season 2 of Aziz Ansari's comedy series arrives on May 12. Expect plenty of romance, laughter, and great food.

Editor's Note: On Jan. 13, Ansari was accused of sexual misconduct by a woman who went on a date with him. Ansari has since responded to the claims, saying:

"In September of last year, I met a woman at a party. We exchanged numbers. We texted back and forth and eventually went on a date. We went out to dinner, and afterwards we ended up engaging in sexual activity, which by all indications was completely consensual.

The next day, I got a text from her saying that although 'it may have seemed okay,' upon further reflection, she felt uncomfortable. It was true that everything did seem okay to me, so when I heard that it was not the case for her, I was surprised and concerned. I took her words to heart and responded privately after taking the time to process what she had said.

I continue to support the movement that is happening in our culture. It is necessary and long overdue."
