True friendship can stand the test of time. In the case of rappers Nicki Minaj and Drake, a couple of battle records and a high-profile relationship couldn't stop them from reuniting and keeping the Young Money Cash Money legacy alive. Despite their public ups and downs, there's no doubt Drake and Nicki Minaj remain close friends. After seemingly distancing from one another while the "Starships" rapper dated Meek Mill, Drizzy and Minaj reunited on stage during his Boy Meets World Tour in Paris on March 12.

The hip-hop duo are likely to cross paths at the upcoming Billboard Music Awards, where they are both scheduled to perform. Minaj is set to open the star-studded award show, according to E! News. Meanwhile, Drake will perform hits from his new album, More Life.

Young Money devotees were briefly worried that Drake's two-year beef with Meek Mill would cause a permanent rift between the Canadian actor-turned-rapper and Minaj. However, TMZ reports Young Money Records acting president Mack Maine went into damage control to bring the family back together in January. "Mack quickly set up a meeting for the full Young Money roster that turned into a peace summit," the website claimed.

Regardless of how they really got back together, in February, about a month before their Paris performance, the two posed for an Instagram together showing they were on good terms:

Thankfully, the two won't go head-to-head in any of the Billboard Music Award categories. However, Minaj will compete against Drake's fellow Canadian, The Weeknd, for the Billboard Chart Achievement Award. Meanwhile, Drizzy has 22 opportunities to take home a trophy thanks to his hit album Views. Since making music brought Nicki Minaj and Drake together, here's a look back at some of their greatest collaborations.

"Moment 4 Life"

The 2010 hit is arguably one of Minaj's signature jams from her debut album, Pink Friday. And who could forget Drake famously rapping that he and Minaj would get married?

"Up All Night"

Drake's 2010 song from Thank Me Later featured a verse from his gal pal, Minaj.

"Make Me Proud"

Drake openly expressed his admiration for Minaj in his 2011 song from his album, Take Care.

"Truffle Butter"

The 2015 hit from Minaj's The Pink Print would be Drake and Minaj's last song together for two years.

"No Frauds"

Minaj recruited Lil' Wayne and Drake for her 2017 rebuttal to Remy Ma's "ShETHER."

No matter how the Billboard Music Awards turn out, Drake and Nicki Minaj are sure to be a united front. As Minaj's "Barbz" anxiously await the release of her fourth album, fans of the 6 God Drake have the soundtrack to the summer with More Life. Hopefully, more collaborations from the Young Money duo will come soon.
