Lattés and avocados rank pretty high on many people’s lists of favorite foods, but what happens if you mix those two together? You can now find out, thanks to a cafe in Australia. Truman Cafe in Melbourne is now launching the Avolatte, a hybrid food invention that combines avocados, steamed milk, and espresso.

The cafe introduced its Avolatte creation on Instagram, with the caption, “Combining two of Melbourne's obsessions – lattes and avo.” As you can see in the video posted below, the drink consists of espresso poured into a gutted avocado and then topped with hot milk for your typical latte art.

Like most adults I know, I love both avocado and a good latte — on their own. But combining them? I'm intrigued, but also a little skeptical. It looks like I’m not the only one who has mixed feelings about the Avolatte. The comments on the Instagram video range from “This is the best thing I've ever seen!” to “Too far, mate.”

That said, the timing of the Avolatte is perfect when you consider that hubbub recently about millennials who buy lattés and avocado toast never being able to own their own homes. Why not buy both at the same time and hold a middle finger up to society?
