At the end of this month, Bernie Sanders' young adult book will be published, and we can't wait to see what the politician has in store for us. When the book was first announced, it didn't have so much as a title. All we knew back then was that it would be political — obviously. But since then, we've been gathering more and more details about this highly-anticipated book, and it sounds so exciting.

The Bernie Sanders Guide to Political Revolution will be published on August 29 by Macmillan Children's Publishing Group. The book will be an adaptation of Sanders' last book, Our Revolution: A Future to Believe In, which provided a unique insight into his 2016 presidential campaign. Now, he's reworking it to get a younger readership inspired, and to turn the 12–to-18-year-olds of today into the revolutionary activists of the future.

Sanders told Teen Vogue that he was inspired to write the book because of his belief that "as citizens of the United States, [young people] have a responsibility to participate in our democracy and to help create a government which works for all, rather than just the few. This book will expose them to an unusual political campaign, the excitement of politics and what being a progressive is all about."

Bernie Sanders' new book will feature infographics and illustrations, he says, so that teens can easily understand complex and important issues such as income inequality, climate change, and healthcare. As Sanders said to Teen Vogue, "young people are the future of our country." And with the help of The Bernie Sanders Guide to Political Revolution, that future is looking pretty bright.
