After the news broke that Carrie Fisher died on Tuesday, her half-sister Joely Fisher took to Twitter to express her heartbreak. Now, Joely is dedicating a message of hope to Fisher's mom, Debbie Reynolds, after the 84-year-old was reportedly hospitalized for a medical emergency on Wednesday. Joely, the daughter of the late singer Eddie Fisher and actor Connie Stevens, tweeted a sweet photo with Reynolds and wrote, "God speed mama."

According to TMZ, Reynolds was rushed to the hospital after a "possible stroke." NBC News reported that Reynolds was "having trouble breathing," which led someone to call 911. The site also reported that the Los Angeles Fire Department “transported one adult female patient in fair to serious condition to Cedars [Sinai Medical Center].” A representative for Reynolds could not be immediately reached, but Bustle will update in the event that we receive a statement.

While Joely may not have been officially part of Reynolds' family, it was clear she was part of her "tribe." Even the fact that she referred to Reynolds as "mama" in her latest tweet seems to speak for itself. Hours before Reynolds was reportedly rushed to the hospital, Joely celebrated the family with another photo.

That photo (seen below) included Joely's half-brother and Reynolds' son, Todd, her half-sister Carrie, and Reynolds, whom Fisher had her arm around in the shot. She joked, "I am tallest in this tribe... Still always tallest."

The photo, according to E!, was taken at the premiere of Fisher's HBO documentary Wishful Drinking back in 2010. It's also where the photo of Fisher and Reynolds is from. It's clear from the image of the two women sharing a laugh on the red carpet that they both were big supporters of Fisher.

Following the death of her sister, Joely took to Twitter, writing that she was "breaking my silence with a broken heart." She wrote that life without Fisher was an "unfathomable loss...the earth is off its axis today...how dare you take her away from us."

Just like Joely, many are wishing Reynolds a speedy recovery via social media. Here's hoping she gets well soon.
