Christian Louboutin Expands Nudes Collection With Two New Heel Styles

Back in 2015, Christian Louboutin made a major splash in the footwear world by releasing his iconic nude pumps in shades that weren't just "white-people nude." And now, the seven different Christian Louboutin nude shades are launching in two new styles for summer 2017, because even though a simple nude pump is a closet staple, neutral doesn't have to mean basic.

The inclusive shoes are now available in a bold block-heel platform heel style, called Cherrysandal. You can also scoop up a stiletto style called Christeriva, which features ballerina-worthy grosgrain ribbon ankle wraps. (Even the names are fancy.) And because they're available in seven hues, the shoes don't discriminate on skin tone.

As luxury footwear though, they do, however, discriminate on bank account. This is Christian Louboutin we're talking, so the shoes will cost you. But if you've got a spare $875 or $895 lying around (for the stiletto and the platform, respectively), this is a cool concept to support. Not to mention, you'll have a fabulous pair of shoes to have and to hold.

And if those price points are just one digit too many, it's still fun to swoon, right? Both styles are available now in Christian Louboutin boutiques and online. Here's a look at the two newbies to the collection, and the two other inclusive nude styles available.
