Last week, DeMario Jackson had the opportunity to open up about the Bachelor in Paradise scandal on the show, and now, the other person involved in the situation finally gets her turn to speak. On Tuesday morning, Olympios appeared on Good Morning America ahead of her sit-down interview with Chris Harrison and opened up about what happened this summer on camera for the first time. Olympios explained why she called herself "a victim" after the incident now that she's had some time to process everything that happened.

In June, production on BiP was shut down after allegations of misconduct were made by a producer that involved Olympios and Jackson. After investigations done by both Warner Bros. and Olympios' lawyer found no evidence of wrongdoing, filming resumed a week later. In her initial statement released shortly after news broke of the shutdown, the 24-year-old said, "I am a victim," but it wasn't originally clear what she meant she was a victim of.

During her appearance on GMA, she explained:

"I was a victim of being blown into the media and having people make these crazy assumptions and judgments about what happened that day, and I was really a victim of the media. All of a sudden people became an expert on the situation and what happened and it's like I'm still trying to figure out what happened."

After the shutdown was announced, very little information on the fate of the show — or the incident with Olympios and Jackson itself — was made available. It didn't take long for even more confusing reports and allegations to surface, leaving fans to put together the pieces of a puzzle that is still incomplete, even three weeks into Bachelor in Paradise Season 4. Of course that led to misinformation being spread as fans of the show tried to fill in the blanks, and so many questions about the issue remain unanswered.

Now, it seems clear that when Olympios refers to herself as a victim, it has nothing to do with her former co-star. As Olympios emphasized in her interview, there's no "bad blood" between herself and Jackson, so it sounds like her blame is lying solely on the way she's been portrayed in the media since the shutdown.

Olympios will offer more insight into what happened that night on BiP during her interview on Tuesday's episode
