Erika Jayne & Erika Girardi React To Leaving 'DWTS'

The most recent Dancing With the Stars elimination was a tough for one for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fandom. That's right, the Pretty Mess got the boot from the ballroom dancing competition. And true to form, Erika responded to leaving DWTS as both Erika Jayne and Erika Girardi.

OK, so she didn't officially issue out two separate reactions from her normal self and her alter ego, but she pretty much did. Erika had two very different responses to the elimination, and I couldn't help thinking that both Erikas just wanted to share their thoughts.

After the episode aired, Erika Jayne posted a clip on Instagram from her "How Many F*cks?" music video. How many f*cks does she give about getting sent home? "None. Not one. Zero, zero, zero. Done." So, obviously that was her performance alter ego expressing her opinion.

And I don't blame her for having this attitude. It's not like this means the end of her life on reality TV. She's still a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills. She went home to a humongous mansion, a glam squad that worships her, and an outpouring of love from her fans. I don't blame her for not being upset, it's good to be Erika Jayne whether she's competing for a mirror ball trophy or not.

This morning, she and her partner, Gleb Savchenko, appeared on Good Morning America to discuss the loss and their time on the show. And it's safe to assume that Mrs. Girardi was in the studio since she was wearing a black long sleeve turtleneck.

Erika said, "It felt great. We did end on a high note. It was beautiful. It was emotional. I feel good about it. We worked hard. I'm proud of us." That sounds like the composed and gracious Erika Girardi who we are used to seeing during the daytime hours on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She added, "It was tough, but I am so appreciative and I had a great time."

Erika makes me wish that I had an alter ego so I could use her to say what I'm really thinking and then could pull a Mrs. Girardi and say all the classy stuff as "myself." Erika's thoughts came through loud and clear: She is happy she did the show, but getting eliminated isn't the worst thing that couldn't happen to her.
