This Super Popular Foundation Just Got A Convenient Design Update & Fans Are Freaking Out

by Kali Borovic

There are many things that make a product great. Formula, shade range, and packaging are some of the most important. Up until now, Estée Lauder's bestselling foundation had two out of the three. Lucky for you, it just got even better. According to their website, Estée Lauder's Double Wear Foundation now has a pump. Fans are freaking out about the update, and for a good reason.

It's no secret that people love Estée Lauder's Double Wear Foundation. Everyone from YouTubers and bloggers to just plain makeup lovers rave about the product. Heck, it's even the best selling foundation in London, according to the brand's Instagram post. There's just one problem — the packaging. As much as fans love the long-wearing formula and shade range, the biggest complaint is that it should have a pump. Well, now it does!

According to the Estée Lauder website, you can now buy a pump for your Double Wear Foundation. While it doesn't come with the product, you can buy a pump separately for $10. It's available on the Estée Lauder website as well as the Ulta, Macy's, and Bluemercury websites. Depending on where you buy, the pump is either gold and blue or all navy.

Why is this such a big deal, you ask? Well, first of all it's way more hygienic. As Allure found, less bacteria can get into a product when you're not touching it. It also saves you product. When you dump it out to use it, odds are you're wasting quite a bit of makeup per use. Thankfully, Estée Lauder listened to their fans and gave them exactly what they're been asking for.

Although some people believe that the pump should come with the product, people are still genuinely excited about the small but mighty launch. Now people that love the pour jar can have their perfect product and pump-lovers can too. It's the best of both worlds!

All caps for a reason.

Same.

One word, but it says so much.

The results are in.

It's being deemed their best launch yet.

Mixed emotions.

All is right in the world.

A round of applause for all the makeup companies that actually listen to their customers.
