BH Cosmetics has long been heralded as the brand to shop if you're looking for good quality makeup and cosmetics tools. Plus, the brand's collaborations are super on point (that Ashley Tisdale collection was incredible). On Monday, the BH Cosmetics x Carli Bybel Deluxe Edition Palette pre-sale started but ended abruptly due to site issues. However fans of Bybel shouldn't fear. The beauty blogger and BH Cosmetics seemed to have rectified the problem, and the pre-order is now taking place on Bybel's Pranava website. While it was a great idea to pre-order the palette, apparently a few too many fans had the same idea and technical issues ensued. No one wanted to miss the launch of this gorgeous collection, but Bybel has worked hard to ensure fans will be able to snag the pre-order today.
The BH Cosmetics x Carli Bybel Deluxe Edition is actually the second collaboration between the super successful beauty vlogger and the brand. The first palette was so successful that they expanded the collection into the latest iteration, and fans were stoked. While Bybel may have her own brand now — Pranvana —,it hasn't stopped her from expanding her collaboration with BH Cosmetics, and the result clearly had fans of the original palette scrambling to pre-order the new one which ultimately led to the palette being pulled from the website.
To pre-order the BH Cosmetics x Carli Bybel Deluxe Edition Palette, all fans have to do is head to the BH Cosmetics website. According to Twitter reactions, BH Cosmetics' Twitter responses, and Bybel's own social media, the first time around, traffic caused orders to not only not go through, but some fans seemed to have been charged more than once for their pre-orders.
Bybel has addressed the issues herself since the palette was pulled from the BH Cosmetics website and explained that fans who were double charged will be refunded 100 percent.
The brand has already gone on their social media as well and issued an apology to both Bybel and her fans explaining that traffic was even heavier than expected.
Bybel made sure to send a personal message to fans along with the updates about the palettes launch explaining that she loves them and is thankful to those who have been sending supportive messages.
