This Is When Nick Viall's Christmas Movie Is Airing, Because You Do Not Want To Miss It

Bless his heart, Nick Viall will stay on our television screens forever and always, won't he? This man just never misses an opportunity to stay relevant, and you have to respect his perseverance in the television world. But, Nick Viall's Christmas movie is new territory for the reality star — because he won't be playing himself. So, how can you watch A Christmas Cruise? The Bachelor's movie acting debut is not something fans will want to miss.

And, fortunately, it looks like fans will have a few chances to catch St. Nick Viall's film. According to ION's website, A Christmas Cruise will premiere Dec. 16 at 9:00 p.m. ET and subsequent airings will be on Dec. 24 at 1:00 a.m. ET and then on Christmas day at 9:00 p.m. on the ION channel. If you happen to have a DirectTV account, their website is offering online streaming of the movie as well, because conventional air dates are for those who don't realize the magic of Nick Viall on a fictional holiday cruise. At the moment, it doesn't look like there is another way to stream it. It seemingly won't be joining the likes of A Christmas Prince on Netflix just yet and Amazon doesn't have it listed in their instant lineup. Of course, that could always change later.

What is A Christmas Cruise about, you ask? Well, it seems like it will be exactly what you want it to be if you are looking for a campy, holiday romance. From ION's website, this is how the movie is described,

"When her best friend invites her along for a holiday themed sail, an aspiring novelist, Pam, unexpectedly finds the love of her life on board. But what will happen when the ship returns to port for Christmas?"

Now, Nick may not be mentioned in there but you better believe his character is going to have something important to do. For one, he has to drive the ship. You see, Viall is playing Bob the hotel cruise manager, which means fans will see him in some sort of a captain's uniform (above). See? Santa is real and he delivers the goods. Besides Viall, this flick also has the fabulous Vivica A. Fox starring as Pam, the novelist, Jessica Morris from One Life to Live, Kristoff St. John from The Young and the Restless, and Rib Hillis from General Hospital.

Although this is the first time fans will get to see Viall displaying his acting chops, it is only one entry into a mile long list of his televisions credits. He first smirked his way into everyone's hearts on Season 10 of The Bachelorette, where he made it to the top two before being eliminated by Andi Dorfman. Of course, that wasn't the end of Viall's Bachelor Nation career, in fact, it was only the beginning. He came back midway through Season 11 of The Bachelorette, and, again, he made it to the finale two before being eliminated by Kaitlyn Bristowe. After those two disappointments, Viall wasn't ready to give up on love just yet. He appeared on Season 3 of Bachelor In Paradise and then went on to star in his own season of The Bachelor. As if starring on The Bachelor wasn't enough, Viall jumped immediately into Dancing With The Stars, where he made it to the sixth elimination round.

Obviously, Viall has been a staple in reality television for years now and this new venture could possibly turn a blossoming movie career for the perpetual bachelor. After all, once you star in a made-for-television, holiday cruise movie, the sky (or the sea) is the limit.
