Lee's Relationship Status After The 'Bachelorette' Is Unclear

Lee Garrett has been stirring up trouble since The Bachelorette's Season 13 premiere, fast framing him as the mansion's resident villain. In recent episodes, there's been significant tension between him and Kenny King, and when the show returned Tuesday night for the second half of its two-part special, the men continued their heated two-on-one with Rachel Lindsay. As Bachelor Nation fans well know, Lee had a 50-50 shot of getting sent home, and Rachel sent him packing. So what's he doing now that filming has wrapped? Is Lee single after the Bachelorette?

Unfortunately — or fortunately, depending on how you look at it — his relationship status isn't immediately apparent. Lee privatized his social media accounts after some problematic tweets he had allegedly posted between 2015 and 2016 resurfaced, leading to widespread scrutiny from both the media and viewers. He's yet to publicly address the incident, but has since kept quiet online. (When Bustle reached out, ABC and Warner Bros. declined to comment. A rep for Lee could not be reached.)

Even before his fateful two-on-one it seemed quite clear that Lee wouldn't win Rachel's heart. When Bachelor alum Leah Block posted a racially insensitive tweet last week, Rachel shut her down while making a pointed jab at Lee.

"Let me know if she wants to meet Lee...they sound like they would have a lot in common #ihavetimetoday," she wrote. (Block has since apologized in a lengthy statement shared on Facebook).

So while the world may never know if Lee has found love IRL, it's pretty unsurprising that his days on The Bachelorette were numbered — and it's unlikely he'll be missed much by Kenny, Rachel, or the fans.
