This Magic Mike star just put every anniversary gift ever given to shame. Joe Manganiello wrote Sofia Vergara a 40-page book for their one-year wedding anniversary. That's right, he took the time to write a book about how they first met and everything that followed until they said "I do." The actor revealed his sweet gesture to Cosmopolitan U.K. and said, "I wrote her a book as a gift for our first anniversary. It was about how we met, as well as our courting, and was about 40 pages long… I love my wife a lot."

I think "a lot" is an understatement. Is anyone else swooning? This is one way to show someone how much you love them. Also, I'd love to get my hands on this book or at least read a couple pages. It would certainly make for an interesting read. I mean, do you even know how their relationship began?

It was all thanks to Manganiello pursuing her immediately after learning the Modern Family star had split from her longtime boyfriend Nick Loeb in May 2014. "I was on a press tour when I found out Sofia was single. My friend is an editor, and told me she was about to make the announcement." So naturally he did what a man who knows all about romance does. He revealed, "I got her number from Jesse Tyler Ferguson, then flew to New Orleans to take her on a date." The rest is history.

Are you for real right now? Not only did Manganiello put his feelings out there and his heart on the line for Vergara, but he also wrote her a book all about it? Just stop it. If you think about it, he's basically the real-life version of The Notebook's Noah Calhoun. Remember when Noah tells Allie he wrote her 365 letters after she left?

Then, Noah says to Allie, "It wasn't over, it still isn't over."

Finally, their magical kiss in the rain happens. You know, the one that would never happen in real life. It's one of the most iconic scenes from a romance movie ever.

Manganiello didn't write Vergara every day for an entire year like Noah, but a 40-page book is still pretty grand. If you didn't already adore them as a couple, I bet you do now.
