The Most Popular KVD Liquid Lippie Shade Is Being Reimagined

It's transformation time. Kat Von D Beauty's Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks are ace — they are comfortable, long wearing, and "don't move" mattes. The formula is so good, in fact, that an Instagram MUA used the Lovecraft shade as an eyeshadow base/primer. Kat Von D is turning the most popular Everlasting liquid lippie shade into a cheek and eye blush. I'm going to step back for a moment and allow you the room and the freedom to shake and cry with joy over this news.

Kat Von D-evotees know the epic power and beauty of the Everlastings. So, to see one of the shades transformed into another product is a beautiful thing on multiple levels.

So, which KVDB Everlasting lippie is translating to an eye and cheek hue?

It's Lolita! The "most beloved" shade is will now come in a blush/eyeshadow version that will be available for a limited time at Sephora. The Insta caption notes that the Lolita Cheek and Eye Blush is dropping next month but did not confirm the exact date.

The photo suggests that this multi-tasking edition of Lolita is matte and richly and deeply pigmented, just as it is in liquid lippie form.

Allow your eyes to drift downwards to gawk at Lolita in the blusher-slash-eyeshadow pan.

Well, hello there lovely! That texture, though! It's just so very. You can build the coverage, adding layers for depth or buffing it for more of a halo or ring around the eyes. I cannot to wait to see what the Artistry Collective, especially Kelseyanna Fitzpatrick, does with this product.

Lolita also comes in the Everlasting Lip Liner iteration, as well.

Everlasting Liquid Lipstick, $20, Sephora

Lolita is a chestnut rose shade that looks good on every skin tone and on most pouts. It will translate beautifully as an eyeshadow and a blusher. If you want to wear the lippie with the eye x cheek color, you totally can, because the monochromatic trend is going strong. The new product is also vegan... because of course it is! KVDB's commitment to the cause is unwavering.

I can't help but hope that more Everlastings will be turned into eye and cheek colors. Perhaps Lovecraft will be reimagined?

Maybe one or two or five of these babies? If any brand can turn a liquid matte into a quality eye wash or cheek flush, it's KVD.
