Kim K Chose Drinking A Sardine Smoothie Over Talking About Khloé & Kylie Pregnancy Rumors

by Stephanie Downs

The Kardashian family may be an open book when it comes to sharing news on their hit E! series or on social media, but there are some reports that the fam has yet to share any details on. Kim Kardashian didn't comment on reports that Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are both pregnant when she appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Wednesday night. On the late night show, Kardashian participated in the game "Spill Your Guts Or Fill Your Guts" in which Corden and his guest ask each other questions. And because she didn't spill anything about her sisters' reported pregnancies when the host asked, she had to drink a wild concoction.

During the game, if the participants don't answer the sometimes invasive questions, they have to eat whatever disgusting dish is front of them. Unluckily for Kardashian, when Corden asked her whether it was true that her sisters Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian are both pregnant, it was up to her to either answer or drink a sardine smoothie. Instead of answering, she chose the incredibly unappetizing smoothie (which you can see at 5:55).

If the reports were false, it stands to reason that she might have just said that because who in the world would rather drink that smoothie? Although, when it comes to this family they don't always confirm or deny rumors, especially when it doesn't concern them personally. Elsewhere in the interview, Kardashian does answer the host's other questions (including ranking her family according to who has the best fashion sense), so it isn't like she was afraid to spill her guts, so to speak. But, the other questions aren't focused solely on someone else. She answered some funs ones that tied back to her, so it wasn't as though she was talking about reports pertaining to her family members.

This wasn't the first time that Kardashian has refused to answer a question concerning her sisters' pregnancies. When she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the host asked her about her sisters. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star replied that she and her family have a rule about confirming rumors. She said, "We just decided there is so much that goes on that we respect each other's right to speak for themselves. So, I will speak about myself, and hopefully they can come on [the show] and address whatever rumors you might have."

This may help to explain why Kardashian couldn't spill any details when she appeared on Corden's show. The rumors may very well be true, but it isn't her rumor to confirm. This rule allows the family to not have the burden of confirming or denying a rumor that isn't about themselves. Her silence, which means that she doesn't want to and can't confirm the possible good news herself, signifies that something could be true when it comes to those reports regarding Jenner and Khloé, it's just that Kardashian's not going to say anything about it at all. Instead, she's going to drink a disgusting smoothie showing that this family will really do anything for each other.

It's not like the Kardashian/Jenner family hasn't confirmed or denied rumors in the past. Khloé denied rumors that any of her sisters hooked up with Justin Bieber on Watch What Happens Live. She also denied rumors regarding Kardashian and Kanye West's marriage woes on the Today show, but in that same interview she explained that there's so many rumors that generally they've learned to just not address them.

When it comes down to it, there are too many rumors about the family these days, and if there is important news to share, then the family believes that the person who it pertains to should be the one to share it. So, Kardashian's refusal to spill her guts during these interviews could just be because her sisters' pregnancy news isn't her news to announce.
