Kim Kardashian Slams Some Kylie-Related Rumors, But Not The Biggest Rumor Of All

Well, fans now have some answers about Kylie Jenner's reported pregnancy thanks to Kim Kardashian denying some rumors about her sister Tuesday on Twitter. Before you get too excited, no, she didn't comment on whether Jenner is really pregnant. But, at least there are are two tweets to hold people over until if or when Jenner does make any type of comment regarding the reports that she is expecting her first child with rapper Travis Scott, as TMZ first reported last Friday. (Bustle reached out to Scott's rep for comment, but has yet to receive a response; Kylie's rep could not be reached.)

According to Kardashian, the info a source gave People in which they claimed she "didn't respond well at first" to her younger sister's reported baby news is false. "Her first reaction was, 'Seriously?'" a source told the outlet. "She didn’t respond well at first. It’s like she and Kanye [West] had gone on this whole journey to get pregnant for months, and now this happens to Kylie. She teared up. It definitely took a lot of time for her to process it."

In reply to a Harper's Bazaar tweet about the report that is captioned, "This sounds like a very awkward conversation..", the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote, "This sounds like a very fake story... "

This was just one piece of fake news about Jenner currently circulating, according the 36-year-old reality star. On Monday, The Sun reported Caitlyn Jenner confirmed her daughter's pregnancy via a statement reportedly given by her rep after the outlet asked for comment on rumors that Caitlyn wasn't personally told that her youngest daughter is supposedly pregnant. "All I can tell you is that it was some time ago," the statement read, according to The Sun. Caitlyn's rep had no comment for Bustle regarding the statement that The Sun reported.

Well, Kardashian does. She tweeted Tuesday, "And speaking of fake stories... The media is super shady for posting fake quotes from Caitlyn when she hasn’t spoke to anyone."

When it comes to the baby rumor, the family hasn't said much, but Kris Jenner has commented a few times on the matter. During Monday's Live With Kelly and Ryan, after Ryan Seacrest texted and asked the momager directly about reports that Jenner is pregnant (because apparently as a KUWTK executive producer he can do that), Kris basically shut him down. Per Seacrest,

"Kris says Kylie's not confirming anything. That's the news from the family this morning. Kylie is not confirming anything."

Like many fans probably were, Ripa was bummed about the response and said, "So now we're sitting here with that hanging over our heads."

Prior to this, while attending the Bottega Veneta show at Milan Fashion week on Saturday, Kris briefly commented on the baby rumors by telling The Hollywood Reporter: "It wouldn't be the family if something didn't happen every single day." Also while at the Bottega event, the 61-year-old reality star told The Cut, "I just woke up this morning. She’s not confirmed anything. I think it’s kind of wild that everyone is just assuming that that’s just happening." After The Cut asked if she really didn't know the "rumor was going to happen," Kris said, "Something happens every single day. You never know what is going to break at any moment."

Ever since the news broke Friday, Jenner hasn't spoken directly herself, which is rare because she often addresses gossip head on, but she has taken to Instagram a few times. On Sunday, Sept. 24, she posted a photo of herself and her BFF, Jordyn Woods, which also showed Jenner's stomach. Of course, that got people talking. Then, she shared a "throwback" image of herself on Monday, Sept. 25. The fact that she pointed out the picture was old fuels the pregnancy rumors even further, because fans have noticed she's been sharing a lot of old photos and images from the chest up lately. Obviously, this doesn't confirm that Jenner is pregnant, but it definitely is making people question if she really is.

The Kardashian-Jenner family doesn't seem to be ready to give an official statement concerning Jenner, but at least Kardashian is helping to clear up any unnecessary rumors.
