Kim K Just Posted A New Family Holiday Pic & It’s NOTHING Like Those Christmas Card Photos

Christmas might be over, but Kim Kardashian is still in the giving mood. The latest gift to her fans is a perfectly normal holiday family picture — a total game change from the 25 days of Jenner-Kardashian holiday photos Kardashian released earlier this month over social media. This time, the celebrity mogul used her Twitter account to send out a simple message, "Happy Holidays," with a shot of her and husband Kanye West, as well as their two children, North and Saint. A twinkling Christmas tree and festive garland could be seen in the background. While Kanye, North, and Saint all looked nice and bundled up with black coats on, Kardashian wore a lavender short sleeved dress with a floral pattern. The look says "winter chic" in a way you could only dream that dress you bought for your New Year's Eve party could.

The post is a far cry from the epic Jenkar photos we got earlier in December. In those the whole fam wore the same uniform (light blue jeans and white tees), and the space was less homey and more blindingly white. There's also no mysteries to try to solve regarding which family members are missing and who is pregnant. It's just a regular family portrait.

It should be noted that the Kardashian ladies take Christmas very seriously, especially matriarch Kris Jenner. There was a lot of speculation going around this year for why there was such a particularly epic photo shoot. There wasn't one at all in 2016 and the 2015 Christmas card only featured Jenner's grandchildren, North, Penelope, Mason, and Reign, minus Saint who might have either not been born yet or too small. In 2017, on the other hand, the photos included nearly all of Jenner's children (save Kylie and Rob), grandchildren, and her mom. The photo series even included a few cameo appearances from Kanye — a true surprise given how rarely he likes to appear in Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Still, if Kris or Kim did have an ulterior motive for the giant photo shoot — other than gaining a whole ton of publicity and taking pictures the family could enjoy for years to come — it wasn't really clear by the final card on Christmas Day.

Despite many fans assuming they'd learn the truth behind the reports that Khloé and Kylie are pregnant via a baby bump photo shoot, those details weren't in the cards. Khloé can be seen holding Dream, her brother Rob's daughter with Blac Chyna, but if you hadn't heard the gossip you likely wouldn't have thought her to be pregnant. Instead, Khloé revealed her mom-to-be status with a separate Instagram post.

Meanwhile youngest sister Kylie Jenner mysteriously wasn't even in the photos. However, she did make an appearance with boyfriend and the reported father of her child, Travis Scott, at the family Christmas party. Many people noted that the pictures were from the waist up, meaning that she could have been hiding a bump.

Kim was the only expecting, or rumored to be expecting, sister who went into December with her baby already announced. She revealed earlier in the fall that she and West are expecting their third child via a surrogate. The newest addition to the West household is a girl and is rumored to be due soon (if she hasn't already been born), which means in 11 months time, she might be appearing in the next family Christmas photo — for the card or otherwise.

Let's hope that the new year brings more mystery-free family photos of the West-Kardashian clan, especially featuring the soon-to-be baby No. 3.
