If you’ve ever felt like you were a total klutz, don’t worry, you’re not alone — even the famous are clumsy sometimes. Even the ones whose job it is to be extremely coordinated onstage. Leigh-Anne Pinnock from Little Mix explained in a new clip from the group's upcoming documentary that she badly burned her legs backstage while the girls were on tour with Ariana Grande. The clip is from Little Mix's tour documentary, Glory Days, and in it, Pinnock explains exactly how she burned herself backstage after she slipped up while warming up, a mishap that was so serious that she couldn't join her bandmates, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, and Jade Thirwall, on stage for most of the performance.

In the one-and-a-half minute clip tweeted from Little Mix's account on Wednesday, Pinnock talks about what happened before the Anaheim show in March. She burned herself through a mishap with a steamer, a tool she was probably using to warm up her vocal cords.

"[It was the] second time I've done it, actually," she said about the burn. "I was doing my steamer and I had it facing the wrong way, like an idiot. I breathed it in and it was too full up and it went all over my leg." In the clip you can see her in a lot of physical pain begging someone to pour cool water all over her legs.

Pinnock puts on a robe and is helped into a wheelchair, but her primary concern isn't even the burns — it's that she can't perform. "This is so embarrassing," she says, sitting down in the chair.

"I'm literally just an accident waiting to happen," she explains in the talking head interview. "I'm so clumsy, it's terrible." And even though it seems like the burns were serious, Pinnock somehow pulled herself together enough to be able to perform, at least for some of the show.

"And then the girls had to go on stage without me, and that's the first time it's ever happened. I hated it. I hated it," she said. Pinnock said she couldn't stop crying and she just wanted to get on the stage with her band mates. That is commitment! Though she wasn't able to join them for the full set, she did appear during the last song, "Shout Out To My Ex," after her legs were adequately wrapped up in bandages.

Although fans at the show weren't sure exactly what was going on, they were super supportive of Pinnock making it onstage with those big bandages on her legs. They may not have known it was burns, but anyone could see it was clearly painful. One fan wrote, "I couldn't be prouder of Leigh-Anne right now," posting photos of her onstage, bandaged up, but still smiling. Her fans were so proud and so supportive; Twitter user @perfectses wrote, "I can't believe you were hurt but still managed to perform! A true legendary queen!" and

Little Mix fans are crazy supportive, and the well wishes and "get well soons" probably helped Pinnock feel a lot better. Accidents happen! Her bandmates are obviously very proud of her, as they captioned the video they tweeted: "Our Leigh took it like a champ!" She absolutely did. The video has gotten tons of supportive replies from all around the world in many different languages (including quite a lot in Portuguese!) It made a lot of fans emotional. "Such a queen, always there for her fans no matter what!" user @Jealouxoflouis wrote. There are many a tearful gif in those mentions, too.

Even if you're not a Little Mix fan, you can appreciate the sheer strength of Pinnock getting up on that stage with huge burns on her legs. She's a warrior.
