This 'Good Behavior' Sneak Peek Is So Dramatic

If you haven't been watching TNT's Good Behavior, starring Michelle Dockery of Downton Abbey fame, then what are you waiting for? Anti-heroine, thief, and con artist Letty Dobesh has had audiences on the edge of their seats for seven drama-filled episodes already, and this exclusive clip from Good Behavior Episode 8, "It Still Fits B*tch", is delivering even more gasps and character development. In it, Letty confronts her mother, Estelle (Lusia Strus), in a manner that shows just how far she's come. Where Letty began the series out of jail (but not out of her bad habits), she's there again now — this time to bail out her mom.

It's a particularly ironic moment considering the fact that her incarceration and substance abuse resulted in Estelle having a restraining order of protection that prohibits Letty from having too much contact with her own 10-year-old son Jacob. Letty even references this in the clip when she finds out Jacob was in the backseat of the car Estelle was driving while intoxicated: "Jesus, which one of us should have the restraining order?"

The sheer outrage in her voice — and the fact that Estelle still looks a bit out of it and uncertain on her feet — makes the moment even more dramatic than it already is. And, to be honest, Estelle's explanation for her actions does not make any of this sound any better.

So, yeah, if you haven't already gotten sucked into Good Behavior, well, now's the time to start. It's worth it for the steamy partnership between Letty and Javier alone, even before you consider the complicated relationship between Letty and her mother or the clear, pure, and obvious love that Letty has or her son. Even when she's making the wrong choices, you can't help but root for her and what a complex character she is.

"It Still Fits B*tch" airs on TNT on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016, at 9 p.m.
