Adult Stars On Their Fave Video Games

Whether educational or goofy, sensual or swashbuckling, video games — like porn — can offer endless entry into fantasy worlds different from our own. And in WoodRocket's latest Ask A Porn Star video, porn stars' favorite video games is the hot button topic of discussion.

Video games and porn have oh-so-much in common. There are those constantly out to prove how dangerous they both are, and countless studies have been done to demonstrate how video games de-sensitize people to violence or how porn de-sensitizes people to real human intimacy. Video game addiction and porn addiction are touted as the ills of a tech-driven public health crisis which needs to be stopped at all costs, and there are consequently a variety of parental controls adults can use to keep their children from being overwhelmed by the onslaught of virtual worlds at their disposal.

But then are those who see the sunny side of a joystick — both human and man made. Far from being destructive, this perspective offers the view that porn and video games can teach us new things, activate our imaginations, and offer hours of inexpensive fun that just can't be found in a book (sorry LeVar Burton).

Here are a few of the games that porn stars play after a long day on set:

1

Call of Duty: Black Ops

Val Dodds' brother is a big video game junkie, so she plays a lot of Black Ops — but always asks his gaming buddies to watch her back when she's out in the field.

2

Call of Duty: Zombies

Aubrey Sinclair gets down with Call of Duty but admits she isn't the best at it. When fighting zombies, she "just pushed all the buttons hoping to kill something" — a decent strategy for any newb.

3

Sonic The Hedgehog

Bella Doll is all about classics, matter-of-factly listing Sonic as her favorite video game.

4

Star Wars Battlefront

Charlotte Sartre's pick is all Star Wars action, as you can play as a Jedi or a Sith and wield a lightsaber to deflect every shot fired.

5

The Sims

Piper Perri names The Sims as her favorite computer game to get lost in.

6

Tekken

Daisy Ducati has been going toe-to-toe with Tekken since childhood. Not one to rely on a memory card, she was once able to play the game start to finish without stopping to save.

7

Mortal Kombat

Growing up, Riley Reid was a huge fan of Mortal Kombat. She even invented her own personalized "Fatality" (a signature finishing move), which would be ripping an opponent's spine out with her teeth. So hardcore.

And who says video games aren't empowering?
