This New Creamer Will Make Your Coffee Taste Just Like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

by Madeleine Aggeler

Mornings are magical! The sunny beginning of a new day, full of unexplored dreams and possibilities. They are also vile, cruel times that yank you out of the cozy comfort of your bed and thrust you, groggy and disoriented, into the world. For most of us, coffee is our caffeinated weapon against the drowsy claws of morning — enjoyable, yes, but also a necessity that we sometimes forget to sit down and savor. Now, something is coming which may help make our frantic mornings just a little bit sweeter: Reese's Coffee Creamer.

Although the chocolate, peanut-buttery creamer's existence hasn't been confirmed yet, POPSUGAR found a post by Instagram user JunkBanter which teased the product. The picture shows a bottle of International Delight Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Coffee Creamer, and the caption reads: "This was found at Walmart, not by me, and no I didn't drink it in the shower like the picture suggests. Not yet anyway."

The website TheImpulsiveBuy.com also posted a picture of the product, snapped at a Walmart on Aug. 4.

Where and when can we get this remarkable product? So far, most of the sightings have been at Walmarts, and it will likely be sold at other grocery stores that stock International Delight as well. POPSUGAR has reached out to Walmart to confirm the creamer, but have not yet heard back, so it's unclear when exactly the general population will be able to swig the candy-flavored coffee creamer in the shower.

International Delight coffee creamers, which I used to drink straight as a child, much to my parents' distress, already come in a variety of candy flavors. The American Favorites Line includes a Cinnabon creamer, an Almond Joy creamer, and Cold Stone Creamery Sweet Creamer.

But if you're more of a coffee traditionalist, someone who owns mostly knit sweaters and turns your nose up at Starbucks and can talk at length of the merits of cold brew, International Delight offers some more traditional flavors as well, like French Vanilla, Hazelnut, and Caramel Macchiato.

Until the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup coffee creamer's existence is confirmed, and it's made widely available, we'll just have to content ourselves with crumbling peanut butter cups into our coffee every morning.

Or if (for reasons that escape me) that's not really your style, you can get your whimsical caffeine kick at Starbucks, which has been experimenting with flavors like Beef Jerky Nitro Coffee and Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a large iced coffee, and a family-sized bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups to attend to.
