We have seen both the army green and blush pink versions. Now, it appears that a white pair could be on the way! The Rihanna Puma Slides, which were updated for Spring 2017, with satin bows replacing the furry strap over the top of the toes, may soon be available in a new color. Overall, the sandals are basically a glamorous version of shower shoes. They are insanely comfy — I live in my black, fur-topped pair and have been doing so since nabbing them during the launch mania last spring. The Rihanna Puma Slides also run large, so if you plan to purchase a pair at any point, go a size down. They truly are that roomy.
A white satin bow version of these popular slides popped up on the official Instagram of Madison Style, an official Fenty Puma retailer with stores in L.A. and an online presence where anyone, anywhere can shop.
UPDATE: The photo has since been removed from the Madison Style Instagram. Bustle has reached out to the retailer for comment.
Bustle reached out to Puma PR reps to inquire about if/when the white version of the bow slides will be available for purchase and for further intel.
In my mind, a white version of these shoes would be utterly perfect for a bride looking to change out of her heels after walking down the aisle during the actual wedding ceremony in favor of something comfy for dancing at the reception, no?
They were described as a "pre release" in the caption of the photo. If these do exist and are on the way, we hope these babies need to get here fast.
The green pair would pair perfectly with any camo in your wardrobe, while the blush pink pair should add a pretty pop to any monochromatic ensemble.
