On Monday, Aug. 21, the Great American Eclipse will pass over 10 states — Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wyoming — drawing tourists from neighboring states to view the rare event.
