If you were already confused about Donald Trump's "covfefe" tweet that brought thousands of people together to scratch their heads in puzzled unison, you might also have wondered about the White House deputy press secretary's recent tweet. The Saturday morning tweet contained a bunch of emojis — 39, to be precise, in a row of anchors, traffic lights, a lone Shinto shrine, world maps, castles, trains, and fountains. And naturally, the internet tried to understand Sarah Huckabee Sanders' cryptic emoji tweet.

Sanders quickly clarified the tweet was not from her directly, writing that the previous emoji-rich tweet was an act of mischief from her 3-year-old toddler. "This is what happens when your 3 year old steals your phone. Thanks Huck! #neverleaveyourphoneunlocked," Sanders tweeted.

This understandable clarification, however, did not stop the internet from attempting to decipher Sanders' tweet. It seemed as if, according to several users on Twitter, this tweet from Sanders was probably the most comprehensible statement to inadvertently arrive from the Trump administration. Given the recent perplexion over President Trump's "covfefe" tweet or, say, when he tried to explain economics to The Economist, it's hard to argue against that.

One Twitter user responded to Sanders, "This is the most coherent statement to come from the Trump administration." Another tried to make sense of the emojis in light of the ongoing Russian probe and said, "[In my opinion] it means 'we are planning to sell the infrastructure of the United States to Russia and China for our personal enrichment'".

One user just simply shared his interpretation in a series of poop emojis.

Moms, however, could empathize with Sanders' predicament, as children often do love experimenting with their elders' fascinating gadgets. With that in mind, a user tweeted at Sanders, "Real life ... every mom understands this."

Until Sanders tweeted her follow-up explanation of the tweet, my personal understanding of the original tweet was best captured by one user who simply responded with a gif of Zach Galifianakis staring at mathematical equations. Trying to make sense of it all.

It's hard to argue with Americans hilariously reacting to Sanders' tweet given the barrage of baffling things to come out of Trump's presidency. But perhaps the most apt response came from Molly Yanity who tweeted, "So, now we have to worry about Trump tweeting while falling asleep AND [Sarah Huckabee Sanders'] toddler tweeting from her phone? I've never felt more secure."
