Signs That Bryan Wins 'The Bachelorette'

ABC

As The Bachelorette begins its hometown dates, Rachel will have a few more tough decisions to make before she hands out the final rose. Of course many fans are already speculating that it's Bryan who will win Rachel's heart. Bryan and Rachel could be engaged after The Bachelorette, and there are a few signs to prove it.

From the first episode, Rachel and Bryan hit it off right away. They have a lot in common and seem to really enjoy spending time together. Of course, one of Rachel's biggest concerns is that Bryan could be too perfect (what a thing to be). According to People, in a new clip from The Bachelorette, Rachel expressed her fears of having this easy chemistry with Bryan. She said, "He is such an amazing person — and that’s the part that scares me. I don’t understand why he’s still single. This is why I think Bryan is too good to be true.”

While Rachel is taking a more cautious approach to developing her relationship with Bryan, this could be seen as a positive step for the couple. Perhaps taking it slow will allow Rachel and Bryan to get their priorities in order, which could only strengthen their feelings for each other. For the fans wishing that Rachel chooses Bryan, here are the possible signs that Bryan is the one.

Bryan And Rachel Have Great Chemistry

Throughout the season, it's been obvious that Bryan and Rachel have serious chemistry. He was the first to get a kiss from Rachel and their dates have always been a mix of serious conversation, sharing feelings, and being silly. Bryan seems ready for whatever is thrown at him and, while some of the guys tend to fall into the drama, Bryan has made Rachel his priority.

Also, it's hard to deny Rachel's smile whenever she sees Bryan.

Bryan Got The First Impression Rose

Bryan snagged the First Impression Rose from Rachel and it set the tone for the pair's journey this season. Of course, there are a few instances where the coveted First Impression Rose leads nowhere, but there is still a chance for the couple. According to an article from People, there are a few couples who have shared the First Impression Rose and are still going strong: Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth of Season 11 of The Bachelorette, Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici (who are married and have a son) of Season 17 of The Bachelor, and JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers of Season 12 of The Bachelorette.

With Bachelor Nation history on their side, Bryan and Rachel could join the happy couples who started their romance with a First Impression Rose.

Bryan And Rachel Both Love Dogs

Before they met each other, Bryan and Rachel already had important loves in their lives: Rachel's dog Cooper and Bryan's "Frenchie friend" Giovanna. The two both love dogs, which is just another way they can connect with each other.

According to an article on BarkPost, dog owners are more likely to communicate, handle stress better, and be more empathetic toward their partner. Granted this isn't enough to assume that Bryan and Lindsay are engaged, but, by being dog lovers, they may have increased their chances of staying together.

Bryan May Have Proven He Isn't A "Player"

When Rachel and Bryan were on their one-on-one date in Oslo, Norway, she mentioned that she was trying to find something wrong because she didn't want to get "played." It was an interesting choice of words.

According to the "E & G Podcast," Bryan may have some previous reality show experience on UPN's The Player, which featured contestants trying to prove who was the biggest player of them all. Bryan has never confirmed this appearance, and his IMDB page doesn't confirm it either, but the Bryan shown does seem to resemble him (check the 0:44 mark).

Before you get too concerned, it should be pointed out that Bryan lost the game. According to a press release from the Futon Critic, Bryan was sent home when it was revealed that he didn't have the skills to be a player. If this is the same Bryan, this could still mean he is really looking for love, and he and Rachel could have their happy ending together.

Bryan Is "Forever Changed" By The Experience

Back in May, Bryan shared a post of his friend Pauldine who is credited with giving him an opportunity to live out the most "incredible experience" of his life. While it's unclear what role Pauldine played in this experience (perhaps she nominated him?), Bryan does mention a phone call that changed his life, and includes The Bachelorette hashtags at the end of the post. Could this be directed at Rachel and their possible engagement? Did Bryan experience a life-changing event during his time on The Bachelorette?

There is still some time before Rachel hands out her last rose, but it's clear that she chose someone that has made her happy based on her post-show interviews. Whether or not that person is Bryan Abasolo remains to be seen, but there are some pretty important signs pointing to a happily ever after for this couple.
