Spencer Pratt Says J. Law Is "Over" & Fans Of 'The Hills' Will Not Be Surprised Why

MTV

J. Law, you have found a new enemy in the man who is known as one of the biggest villain's in MTV history. Spencer Pratt will never see another Jennifer Lawrence movie. Seriously, the former star of The Hills announced on Twitter Wednesday that he's sworn off any movie starring the Oscar-winning actress. "Legit never seeing another JLAW movie she is OVER," he tweeted.

But why would Pratt do such a shocking thing and never experience Lawrence's talent ever again? Actually, his reason totally makes sense, at least as far as he's concerned — and it will make Hills fans extremely happy.

During her Vogue interview for the September cover issue, Lawrence made quite the massive statement, which hit Pratt hard. The 26-year-old revealed that she blames crystals for having to move out of her home and into a rental. As the mother! actor said, "When I first moved in, the house was crystalled out — crystals everywhere, and geodes. And I was like, 'Please get rid of these; I don’t want people to come over here and think I’m a crystal person.' Not that there’s anything wrong with that!"

She continued, "But everyone told me, 'You can’t do that. You can’t move them. You have to have the crystal lady who put them in move them...'" However, Lawrence ended up having the crystals "yanked out," and even sold them. You know what happened after? Her house flooded. "I hate crystals," Lawrence added. As for her rental home, there are zero crystals in it.

It's totally understandable why J. Law despises crystals, but if she would've treated them with respect, like Pratt, maybe her home wouldn't have flooded. OK, it probably had nothing to do with the crystals, but her hate for them is the reason for Pratt's tweet. This is a very sensitive issue for him, as Hills viewers know.

If you recall, during Season 6, Spencer's newfound crystal passion was revealed. He had them all over his home, and even wore them around his neck. It was his way of being zen and channeling his anger. How could anyone forget when he declared to his friend Charlie, "That's why I'm trying to keep it in my crystals!"

There's a possibility Pratt is totally teasing and used Lawrence's interview as an opportunity to bring up his love of crystals. However, seeing as how he actually uses them in real life, there's also a chance he's very serious. As he told Refinery29 in July, "Crystals are amazing tools for meditation and going deeper within because that is where the real work is done." See? Crystals are no joke to the 33-year-old.

However Pratt truly feels about Lawrence's crystals comments, there's no doubt his tweet is hilarious, and something Hills fans much appreciate.
