Being a former contestant on The Bachelor is bound to come with a little emotional turmoil. These men and women put their hearts on the line — and on national television — in the pursuit of finding the person they're meant to be with. This also may lead to a very public breakup, which can't be easy for anyone. Luckily, Caitlin Barlow and Kate Lambert from the show Teachers were guests on Bustle's Bachelor podcast, and they have some homework for The Bachelor contestants that will help them post-show as they go back to real life.

On this special episode of Will You Accept This Podcast? (which you can listen to here), Romper's Senior News and Entertainment Editor Allison Piwowarski and Bustle TV Editor Samantha Rullo talked to the two Teachers stars, who had some interesting advice for some of this season's favorite contestants. I totally agree with their decision to implement a dress code for Nick, which prohibits him from wearing anymore chunky turtlenecks. Other homework includes: Barlow's assignment for Corinne to hang out with some regular people, because it seems her perceptions of what is normal and what is not have been altered. As for Kristina, Lambert advised her to start keeping a journal, which is something she believes everyone on the show should do as well.

Barlow also would also like Rachel to complete a special assignment before her season of The Bachelorette starts: Make a vision board so she can review what she's looking for in a man. I agree with Barlow on this one. Rachel is too good of a person to be with guys who will waste her time. I want to see Rachel find the man of her dreams because she truly deserves a happily ever after.

Hopefully these contestants all finish their homework now that the show is wrapping up and their 15-minutes are almost over — they've got to get back to real life in the best way possible.
