Happy Monday, everyone! This week is already proving to be a difficult one, due to the tragic mass shooting in Texas over the weekend, the anniversary of the 2016 election coming up, and more. Stay strong, guys — it's going to be a rough few days, but we've got this.

Texas + What We Know

On Sunday, a horrific mass shooting occurred at a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas. At least 26 people were killed, including children, and many others have been injured; the shooter is dead, as well. In the time since the tragedy, countless people have reacted with heartbreak and anger, including former president Obama, who flipped the script on the frustrating "thoughts and prayers" response by saying, "May God also grant all of us the wisdom to ask what concrete steps we can take to reduce the violence and weaponry in our midst."

Mental Health + You

Mental health issues can develop at any age, but your 20s and 30s can be prime times for changes in your emotional state. For women especially, the time period associated with maturing and coming into one's own can trigger disorders, which is why learning which mental health issues are most likely to affect you — and how to deal with them — couldn't be more important.

Sarah Hyland + Wells Adams

New couple alert! It looks like Modern Family actor Sarah Hyland and Bachelor star Wells Adams might be dating, at least if their recent Instagrams are to judge. The duo has been posting adorable photos of each other in recent days, which is super cute considering that Hyland tweeted her love for the Bach star all summer long while watching the show (you know, just like everyone else). Aww.
