Bustle's Editors On The Kardashians + 'This Is Us'

by Rachel Simon

Happy hump day! It's hard to believe there are only a handful of days left in September. This month has been seriously flying by, but that's good news for anyone who's itching for everything fall: changing leaves, pumpkin spice, and of course, Halloween.

The month's certainly going out with a bang, though. Here's a recap of all the news that got Bustle's editors talking today, Sept. 27:

The Kardashians + Another Pregnancy

A member of the Kardashian family is reportedly pregnant, and if you're feeling some déjà vu, you're not alone. Less than a week after it was reported that Kylie Jenner is expecting a baby, news broke that Khloe Kardashian is reportedly expecting too. There are a lot of theories and questions about the fact that three (!) Kardashian-Jenner ladies are reportedly having kids (Kim is rumored to be expecting via surrogate), but on Wednesday, Kim told everyone not to listen to the rumors.

OMG: It looks like the next Super Bowl halftime show performer might be... Justin Timberlake! Welcome back, JT.

This Is Us + That Crazy Premiere

Last night was the highly-anticipated Season 2 premiere of This is Us, and a lot went down — including a huge hint at how Jack died. While we probably still won't know for a few more episodes (at least) exactly what happened to Milo Ventimiglia's beloved character, take a look at this clue from the This is Us premiere you probably missed that might explain plenty about Jack's mysterious death.

Aww: Game of Thrones stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie are engaged. Congrats, you two!

Twitter + A Major Change

Whether you're a constant tweeter or someone who just goes on the site occasionally, this is a huge deal. Twitter is testing a 280-character limit on tweets, aka double the current 140-characters allowed in a single post. Right now, only a small group of users have been given the new limit, but unsurprisingly, everyone has opinions about whether having 280 characters is a good or bad idea — especially when it comes to Trump.

Shopping Break: If you're looking to make the most of your current skin care routine, these holy grail Korean essences are absolute musts.

CoverGirl + An Inspiring New Model

This is pretty damn cool. 69-year-old former model Maye Musk is the newest CoverGirl, haven been chosen by the brand for their latest campaign. In a statement, CoverGirl explained that they picked Musk because she's "a leader in every sense of the word," due to her life spent modeling, running a nutrition business, and raising children. And Musk seemingly can't be happier, posting that "Beauty truly is for women of all ages, and I can’t wait to take you all along this amazing journey with me!" Hell, yes.

Cool Trend Alert: Women on Twitter today have been bragging up a storm, and for good reason — the humblebrag is dead, you guys.

Puerto Rico + How To Help

In the days following Hurricane Maria's attack on Puerto Rico, the U.S. territory has been suffering enormously, with at least 3.5 million Americans left stranded as a result of the disaster. If you're looking for ways to help Puerto Rico recover, here's how — and don't forget to sign the petition demanding that citizens get all the aid they need.

LOL: Apparently, Jared Kushner accidentally registered to vote as a woman.

Today's WTF Moment: A woman trolled a dude by buying a bouncy castle with his credit card. I mean, why not?

What to Watch: Check out the Season 4 premiere of Empire tonight at 8 on Fox to catch up on the latest Lyon family drama.
