Support Planned Parenthood By Eating Here On 1/21

by Laken Howard

The day has finally come: Donald Trump's inauguration as the 45th President of the United States. After his unexpected victory in November, protesters across the country have been making their voices heard — and now one of the biggest protests yet is about to take place. The Women's March on Washington — in D.C. on Saturday, January 21 — has over 100,000 registered participants, and is even projected to draw a bigger crowd than Trump's inauguration. It's incredibly awe-inspiring to see so many women (and men) coming together for a good cause, but even if you can't physically be there, that doesn't mean you can't show your support for the Women's March in other ways.

If you're a New Yorker who's not able to make the trip to D.C. this weekend, there's an easy way to get involved and show support for women on the day of the march: treat yourself to a good meal. To show solidarity with women, a group of NYC-based restaurants are pledging to donate a portion of their sales on Jan. 21 to the NYC chapter of Planned Parenthood.

Here are the drool-worthy restaurants participating in We Support Our Women. If you're a hungry New Yorker, check out one of these locations to eat delicious food and give back.
