If there's one thing that we know about Game Of Thrones, it's that Lady Olenna Tyrell is a badass, always and forever. What fans should also know is that Diana Rigg, who plays Lady Olenna, is one, too. In the The Game Revealed, a web series that delves further into the making of Game Of Thrones, the creators described what it was like filming Lady Olenna's epic death scene. You remember it as the mic drop moment where she chugged a glass of poison-filled wine and let Jaime know she poisoned his and Cersei's son Joffrey. No mercy, that one. But the creators remember it as the moment when Rigg chugged a glass of wine not once, not twice, but 12 times in hopes of getting the perfect shot.

This was an important scene for Game Of Thrones. Not only was it the last time that we would ever see Lady Olenna, but it was also the final scene in Episode 3 — an episode that also includes the first meeting between Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen. It needed to be memorable, which is why Rigg gave a 110 percent every time the cameras started rolling. And she never thought twice about having another round.

"By the way," Benioff said in The Game Revealed. "She managed to chug a whole glass of wine. That's not easy to do because there were 12 different takes on that bit, but she chugged it every time. That's a pro."

While fans would expect nothing less from Olenna, it's still pretty impressive that Rigg managed to keep downing that red wine take after take. Especially since, as far as anyone knows, she was really drinking wine and not some substitute. That's some serious acting right there.

Watching Olenna throw back that poisoned drink is also a standout moment because she knows that she only has a little bit of time left and she wants to use all of it knocking Jaime down a notch or two. Here Jaime is, thinking he's achieved something noteworthy by taking over House Tyrell after years of mistakes that have left him looking weak instead of like the Kingslayer he's supposed to be. This is him proving to Cersei — and, let's be honest, himself — that he's still a powerful warrior, even with just one hand. Jaime even let Olenna know that he took pity on her and has chosen a killing method that is painless in comparison to how Cersei wanted to do it.

But he does all of this only to find out Olenna has one upped him. See, she's not interested in playing nice. She wants her death to hurt him more than it hurts her. Not only does she advise him to give up on his sister Cersei, but she twists the knife a little deeper by leaving him with a few devastating parting words:

"I'd hate to die like your son. Clawing at my neck, foam and bile spilling from my mouth, eyes blood red, skin purple. Must have been horrible for you as a Kingsguard, the father, it was horrible enough for me. A shocking scene. Not at all what I intended. You see I'd never seen the poison work before. Tell Cersei. I want her to know it was me."

With this iconic speech, Olenna manages to win her own death scene, something Benioff admits "is hard to pull off. And so much of it comes down to Dame Diana Rigg."
