Wednesday evening, tons of models walked the runway for H&M while The Weeknd performed. And since you can't have a fashion show without Bella Hadid (or so it seems), the exes were bound to run into each other. But unlike the Victoria's Secret fashion show, Bella Hadid and The Weeknd's H&M run-in was a little more awkward this time.

The last time Hadid and The Weeknd had a fashion show run-in was during the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, but it was also only a few weeks after their breakup and before The Weeknd and Selena Gomez began their flirtation, so things between Hadid and The Weeknd were fine, if not a little tense and steamy. But this time, things did not go as smoothly.

During the H&M finale, Bella walked the runway alongside her sister Gigi Hadid while her ex-boyfriend performed "Nothing Without You" to her left. While she wasn't making direct eye contact with The Weeknd, she obviously knew he was right there, and she grabbed her sister's hand and then she and Gigi exchanged a look. Boy, if I had a dollar for every time me and my friends have done that exact thing (just not on a runway, unfortunately).

I feel like it's exceptionally awkward because one could argue that "Nothing Without You" is actually about Bella. So... that's unfortunate.

Naturally, Twitter had some feelings about this, and I think Jezebel's tweet expressed everyone's feelings perfectly. BECAUSE BELLA NEEDS TIME TO HEAL.

Especially since Hadid just admitted in an interview with Teen Vogue that her breakup with The Weeknd has not been easy.

So can brands stop pushing them together for a little bit? (Although I'm still secretly hoping for a reconciliation — Sorry, Selena.).

At least Gigi was around to have Bella's back.

That's what sister's are for, am I right?

You must admit, Bella handles these run-ins like a champ.
