Anyone who has watched a reality television show knows that drama between castmates is inevitable. But it takes an actual reality TV veteran to be able to navigate the fights, breakups, and makeups well enough to offer others advice on how to play (and win) the game. One former reality star is ready to give tips to two unlikely little ones if they ever need them. Bachelor alum Vienna Girardi is having twins and has her reality TV advice all set.

The 31-year-old recently revealed to Us Weekly that she is having twin girls, and the magazine shared photos of the sex reveal party she held in Orlando. Girardi opened up a box with balloons inside and when all pink balloons came out, she knew she was having two girls.

Of the advice she'd give her twins if they ever wanted to do The Bachelor themselves, Girardi told Us, "If you’re doing it for fun and to travel and meet incredible people, go for it. Don’t do it because you think you’re going to fall in love."

Girardi knows a thing or two about falling in love on TV. She was the winner of the 14th season of The Bachelor and was previously engaged to Jake Pavelka before they broke up via phone in 2010.

Potential television appearances aside, Girardi is focused on a much bigger issue with her babies. She told the magazine she is experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, and is taking precautions to insure a safe delivery. She shared,

"The twins are monochorionic diamniotic. They share a placenta, which means they also share nutrients. One baby can potentially take more from the other, so I have monitoring every two weeks. The moment doctors see one growing bigger, there’s a surgery they can do."

Although Girardi is focusing on life away from the camera, that doesn't mean the thought of a triumphant return hasn't crossed her mind. "I’ve enjoyed life out of the spotlight. But I’ve been approached to do a docuseries about my life and raising twins. I’ve been thinking about it, as long as it’s not about the drama and ratings."

Regardless of the path Girardi chooses when it comes to TV, it will be a very long time before her little ones could actually follow her reality footsteps.
