See Everything In Diane Kendal's MAC Collection

by Rachel Nussbaum

MAC is full speed ahead with their collab collections, feeding the good fire that eggs on any beauty lover. Their latest, available Thursday in store and online, comes from pro makeup artist Diane Kendal, the queen of sheen. Created alongside fellow makeup pros James Kaliardos and Kabuki for M.A.C.'s Make-Up Art Cosmetics collection, the 11-piece makeup range is a sight to behold — you're going to want everything in Diane Kendal's M.A.C. collab.

Kendal is famous for her stunning, avant-garde editorial work (NARS' Sarah Moon collection, all her), so it'll surprise no one that her collection emphasizes gleam with a colorful edge. Her skin finish in particular steals hearts, and while Kendal's disembodied hands would be the ideal bathroom counterpart, her customized Conceal & Correct palette is the next best thing. A limited-edition palette with six concealers to match any skin tone, you can apply it with the 230SE Multipurpose Detailing Brush for Kendal's trademark flawless finish.

Kendal also customized the brand's Quiktrik Sticks with two unique duos, Radiance/Shadow and Sheen/Smoldering. A limited-edition double-ended, multi-use stick for highlighting, contouring or bronzing, the sticks amp up your glow while subtly sculpting features — and while a million and one of these products currently exist, Kendal's slight of hand guarantees this one's a cut above.

Gorgeous.

M·A·C STUDIO CONCEAL & CORRECT X 6: COVER ME, $40, Mac Cosmetics

Praise hands emoji for the spectrum of skin tones this palette works for.

230SE MULTIPURPOSE DETAILING BRUSH / DIANE KENDAL, $25, Mac Cosmetics

Intended for applying emollient-based products, this nubby brush is about to change your concealer experience, and can pull double-duty for lips.

M·A·C STUDIO QUIKTRIK STICK / DIANE KENDAL in Radiance/Shadow, $32, Mac Cosmetics

Light and darkness on command.

Walk in the sun, which I believe is a True Blood quote, TBT.

CASUAL COLOUR LIP & CHEEK COLOUR X 6: ENHANCE ME, $40, Mac Cosmetics

Insert salivating emoji. Complete with two tawny hues for an understated cheek look, a more vivid hot pink and scarlet red for when you want the spotlight on apples, and two wine hues for lips. The best part is that those designations are completely arbitrary, I just made them up. Use this how you want, everything works everywhere.

KAJAL CRAYON/DIANE KENDALL in Flourish Me Beautiful, $18, Mac Cosmetics

The jewel-tone shades of Kendal's Kajal Crayon eye liners call back to the dark, moody hues of the Spellbinder collection, in all its glory.

KAJAL CRAYON / DIANE KENDAL in Flourish Me Bold, $18, Mac Cosmetics

While the thick crayon makes bold strokes of color impossible to screw up (or at least look intentionally messy).

Their distorted, distinctive packaging will also add a flourish to your vanity (makes sense, given the names).

And graphite is an option if gem tones aren't your style.

CRÈME SHADOW X 6: GLAMORIZE ME, $40, Mac Cosmetics

But if they are, you're in for a thrill with Kendal's cream shadow palette. Stocked with six pans of multidimensional color, the shadows pair ease with unabashed glamour.

OPULASH / DIANE KENDAL in Flight, $18, Mac Cosmetics

Topped with Opulash in Flight, a limited edition deep burgundy, the full collection is a look into the thought process of one of the best makeup artists working today.

Whether you go all in or just cop an item, this isn't a collab to miss.
