See The CoverFX Perfect Light Highlight Palettes

by Kali Borovic

Just because it's a new year doesn't mean the past year's trends are leaving anytime soon. The highlight craze is still in full swing, and these palettes are proof. In case you missed it, CoverFX is releasing two Perfect Light Highlighting Palettes. This isn't the first time the brand has released highlighters, but it is the first time they've combined shades for a palette. If you're wondering what you'll get in the Perfect Light Highlighting Palette, you won't be disappointed. There are versatile shades and two different formulas in each one.

CoverFX has been on a roll with their launches lately. The company announced its first setting spray, three new Custom Enhancer Drops (including a holographic purple one), and two new palettes all in the same week. The palettes deserve just as much attention as the other products. These aren't your typical shimmery sets. The Perfect Light Highlighting Palettes come with two shades, each in two different formulas — powder and cream — all in one quad. You can layer the powder and cream versions of each color for the ultimate glow.

While technically there are only two shades available in the palette, you'll be getting everything you could possibly need to make sure your highlight is on point. Not to mention there's also a mirror, making this the perfect travel palette as well.

Perfect Light Highlighting Palette in Light-Medium, $42, Sephora

The Perfect Light Highlighting Palette comes in two different ranges, light-medium and medium-deep. They appear to do a pretty good job of accommodating a wide variety of skin tones, although we won't know for sure until swatches begin to circulate.

Both of the palettes are available for pre-sale on the CoverFX site right now. They will cost you $42, which is about $6 cheaper than their similar-looking contour palette. All in all, it breaks down to about $10 per shade. That's pretty affordable considering that their individual highlighters are $34 each.

There's no official release date, so just to be safe, I would head over to the CoverFX and take advantage of the pre-sale. You never know how fast these gorgeous palettes will go.
