Monday, Feb. 19, is President's Day, a federal holiday that honors America's presidents — meaning that, a lot of businesses will be shutting their doors and giving their employees the day off. So you'll want to know what's open on President's Day 2018, so you can make a game plan for yourself on your day off. Realistically, what President's Day means for you is that you'll likely spend the day at home because tons of businesses will be closed, leaving you with one whopping golden excuse to call it a couch day. You're welcome, if you were looking for permission.

On your day off, you might be tempted to get some of that clerical adult work done that never gets done during the week. You know, like mailing letters, going to the bank, finally taking the trash out, dealing with that parking ticket, but unfortunately you won't be able to do any of that, because the USPS, banks, all government services, and some sanitation services will be enjoying a day off, too, according to USA Today. Just an idea for the holiday makers, we could really use a day off from work to get all of those things done when they're actually open. National Adulting Day, anyone? Instead, you'll have to just enjoy tearing through your Netflix queue, or hitting the mall. Because yep, shopping is one of the things you'll be able to do on President's Day. Here's what'll be open on President's Day 2018.
