Did Vanessa & Nick End Up Together On 'The Bach'?

I can't believe how fast this season of The Bachelor flew by. Wasn't it just yesterday that we were laughing at Alexis as she arrived in her dolphin/shark costume? But now, it's all over, and Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi are officially engaged. If you're feeling sad that another season of The Bachelor is in the books, don't worry — there's plenty to look forward to, like getting all the answers to those questions about where these two and their future are headed. When will Nick and Vanessa get married? It could be awhile.

So far, they haven't announced a date yet — I mean, they did just get engaged. But they also haven't known each other all that long, and Monday night is the first time they actually got to live as a couple in public, so I wouldn't blame them if they want to take their time. Their lives are so different, and their romance happened so fast. Spending the rest of your life with someone is a big deal, so if they want to date for awhile and see how things go, I can't fault them for that... even if I am dying to see these two tie the knot.

And besides, none of the recent Bachelor and Bachelorette couples have gotten married yet, so there's a good chance Nick and Vanessa could follow their lead. There might have been a rush on Nick's decision making process while The Bachelor was still filming, so this is their time to slow it down... if that's what they want.

If they pick a date in the near future, we'll probably hear about it — mostly because that's the number one question that's asked anytime a Bachelor couple is interviewed. Until then? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a fall wedding. I bet Canada is beautiful that time of year!
