If you've ever decided to bake a tray of cookies, the temptation to eat that delicious cookie dough is sometimes just too much to bear. Ben & Jerry's took that desire to an entirely new level and mixed those majestic chunks into some creamy vanilla ice cream. But what if I were to tell you that B&J's are going to release those glorious globs of dough in little snackable pieces? I know, I can't contain my excitement either, so where to buy Ben & Jerry's Snackable Cookie Dough in the UK?

After over a year of waiting and wanting, the day has finally arrived. ASDA has announced that it’ll be selling 170g bags of Ben & Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough chunks. Everyone knows the best bit of cookie dough ice cream is super sweet cookie chunks and now you don’t have to dig around in the tub for them.

The bags will set you back £3.99 and you’ll need to store the sweet treats in the freezer. Ben & Jerry’s says you can eat them on their own or top them on just about anything to make whatever you're eating infinitely better.

The treats were first released in the birthplace of all things B&J's, Vermont, in 2018. And for those that reside in this state, they are often blessed with all the new flavours and inventions that the company conjures up, including these blessed snackable cookie chunks available in the classic Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip.

When UK fans caught wind that the chocolate chip cookie dough chunks were ready and available to buy in ASDA, they took to social media to spread the news. One person wrote, “Badly craving a few of Ben & Jerry’s cookie dough chunks someone sort a girl out,” while another said, “I could actually scream. I literally just eat the cookie dough ice cream for the cookie dough.”

Before they released their new cookie dough chunk treats worldwide, B&J’s sent out tester packages to a selection of "foodstagrammers," including Junk Banter and Snack Betch.

So, after 18 months of waiting, you can finally snuggle down on the sofa, ditch the digging around in a tub of ice cream, and just enjoy some cookie dough chunks. Heaven.
